On October 22, 2015, Winifred (nee Bowman) Richardson, beloved wife of the late Charles Richardson, loving mother of Carol Matthews and her husband Wayne, she is predeceased by her son C. Franklin Richardson. Also survived by 3 grandsons, 3 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.A Memorial Service will be held on November 20, 2015 at 1:00 PM in Our Lady of the Angels Chapel, Charlestown Retirement Community, 711 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, MD 21228. Interment private. In lieu of flowers memorial donation in Mrs. Richardson�s name may be made to the Charlestown Benevolent Care Fund, 711 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, MD 21228.
