On July 15, 2015, Wanda Fay (nee Rice) Horn, beloved wife of the late Norbert J. Horn, loving mother of Kim J. Horn, cherished sister of Marshall Rice and his wife Carol, Regina Runkle and Richey L. Rice, also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Horn rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. The family will receive guests on Sunday, July 19, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 11:30 AM. Interment to follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
