On December 27, 2012, Wallace H. Francis, Jr., husband of Joan V. Francis, father of Sharon (Leon) Lukas, Wallace (Garnetta) Francis, III, and Connie Francis; brother of Mary Bird, Wonita (Nelson) Smith, and Allen (Betty) Francis; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He is predeceased by many of his brothers or sisters.
Wally rests at HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229 on Friday, December 28, 2012 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm and on Saturday, December 29, 2012 from 9:30am until his funeral service at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery in
Brooklyn Park, MD.
