Proulx, Velma A. On Sunday, July 12th, 2009, Mrs. Velma A. Proulx (nee Phillips), beloved wife of the late Arthur R. Proulx; loving and devoted mother of Dorothy Gantt, Sandra McCauley, the late Patricia Leatherman and the late Ronald Metz; step-mother of Margie Goddard, Phillip and Matthew Proulx and the late Michael Proulx; cherished sister of the late Forrest Phillips; adored grandmother of 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, July 17th, 2009 from 11:00 � 1:00 PM in HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland with Funeral Service at 1:00 PM in the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Loudon Park Cemetery.
