Tribute
Tonya Lorraine French, Beloved Daughter; Sister, Mother, Aunt and Fiancé, passed away early Friday morning August 7, 2020 at St Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

Ms. French was born in Baltimore, Maryland on September 27, 1975, where she lived entirely for her short 44 years.  Tonya was preceded in death by her loving mother, Mary P. French and brother, Eric O. Ritenour.  She is survived by her son, Walter F. Mitchell III; fiancé, Donald Dorsey; her sister, Dawn Burkowske and husband Steven; her aunt Carol French Parker; her aunt Theresa French Croney; her uncle Thomas French and wife Maryetta; nephew Eric Burkowske and wife Ariana; nieces Hannah, Abigail and Olivia Burkowske; great-nephew Asher Burkowske; and her close cousins Tracey, Michael, Anna, and John.

Tonya was known to bring joy to everyone around her because of her unconditional love, benevolent heart, and uncontainable energy. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and had the honor to be part of her life.
