On April 28, 2018, Toby F. Witte-Dix went to be with her Lord. She is the beloved wife of Raymond Lee Dix, loving mother of William (Tony) Anthony Witte and his wife Jeanne and Carole Louise Cotton and her husband Phillip Silbert.

Toby rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. The family will receive guests on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 1st and 2nd from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 3rd at 10:00 AM in Christ Deaf United Methodist Church, 1040 Beechfield Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. Interment to follow at Loudon Park Cemetery.
