Timothy E. Gosnell, aged 67, passed away on March 24, 2026. Born on July 18, 1958, Timothy lived a life defined by devotion to family, a love of the ocean, and a deep compassion for others.

Timothy worked for many years with the Social Security Administration, from which he eventually retired. He approached his career with dedication and integrity, reflecting his strong sense of responsibility and service.

He had a lifelong love for animals and cherished the time he spent at his family's second home in Ocean City, Maryland. An avid ocean swimmer, he found both peace and challenge in the water, which inspired him to participate in numerous triathlons along the East Coast. His determination and passion for endurance sports were a reflection of his strong and steady character.

Above all, Timothy was a loyal and devoted family man. He selflessly cared for his mother during the final stages of her life, demonstrating a quiet strength and unwavering commitment that will be remembered by all who knew him.

He is survived by his three brothers, John Robert Gosnell, Jr., Stephen Keith Gosnell, and Mark Earl Gosnell; his aunt, Marcella N. Schmidt; and many cousins and extended family members.

Friends may call at Hubbard Funeral Home, c/o Sterling-Ashton-Schwab-Witzke, 1630 Edmondson Ave., Catonsville, MD 21228, on Thursday, April 2, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday, April 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Lorraine Park Cemetery.
