On October 13, 2017, Thomas E. Welck unexpectedly passed away. He is the father of Troy Welck and his wife, Michelle and Shane Welck; grandfather of Sydney, Braden, Landon, and Chloe Welck; brother of Larry Welck, Joan "Joanne" Thompson, the late Robert "Bob" Welck, and the late Carol "Tudy" Tarun.Mr. Welck rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229 on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. His funeral service will be Thursday in the funeral home at 10:30am. Interment to follow in Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
