On January 30, 2018, Thomas F. Perkins quietly passed away. His legacy of love lives on with his daughter, Jennifer L. Perkins; loyal friends, Julie Perkins and Bob Ignatowski; siblings, Dawn Sunstrom and husband, Joseph, Charles Perkins and wife, Mickey, Sandy Thomas and husband, William; brother in law, Ronald Wright; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Tom was welcomed to his heavenly home by his parents, Charles and Evelyn Perkins and his sister, Doretha Wright. Mr. Perkins rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229 on Sunday, February 4, 2018 from 1-4pm. His funeral service will be held on Monday at 11am in the funeral home.
