On May 5, 2016, Thomas C. Milligan passed away with his cherished family by his side. He is survived by his wife, Mary J. Milligan and daughters, Christine Milligan and Jennifer Milligan.
Mr. Milligan rests at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC. , 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229 on Monday, May 9, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. His family will also receive friends on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from 10:30 to 11am at Our Lady of the Angels Chapel, 711 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, MD 21228. His Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11am. Interment to follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, donations in his name to be directed to Gilchrist Hospice, 11311 McCormick Road, Suite 350, Hunt Valley, MD 21031 or Charlestown Benevolent Care Fund, 719 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, MD 21228.
