On May 5, 2016, Thomas C. Milligan passed away with his cherished family by his side. He is survived by his wife, Mary J. Milligan and daughters, Christine Milligan and Jennifer Milligan. Mr. Milligan rests at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC. , 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229 on Monday, May 9, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. His family will also receive friends on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from 10:30 to 11am at Our Lady of the Angels Chapel, 711 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, MD 21228. His Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11am. Interment to follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
