Bland, Jr. and his wife Carol Ann and Mary Ellen Newcomer and her husband Robert J., admired grandfather of Elizabeth �Bethy� Bland and Christopher F. Newcomer, cherished brother of Edward R. Bland, Jr. Visitation will be held at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue on Thursday from 7 to 9 PM and on Friday at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church at Charlestown Retirement Community from 9 to 9:30 AM when a Mass of Christian Burial will take place. Interment will follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
