Obituary

On June 17, 2025, Thelma E. Clatterbuck passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by love. A devoted mother and matriarch, Thelma embraced life with warmth, strength, and an enduring love for her family. She leaves behind a legacy rooted in compassion, resilience, and deep familial bonds that will continue for generations.

Thelma poured her heart into raising not only her children but also several grandchildren, fostering a home filled with love and care. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her immediate family—she found joy in gardening, crafting, celebrating special occasions, shopping trips, family cookouts, and dining out with loved ones. Her gentle heart, paired with a touch of stubbornness, reflected her strong will and deep devotion to those she held dear.

She is survived by her children: Dorthy; Karen and her husband Joe; Sharon; Alvin; Terri and her husband Jody; Dwight; Kevin; Barry and his wife Lisa; and Shelley and her husband Timmy. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren as well as daughter-in-law Teresa.

Thelma was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Al; her son, Kirk; her great-grandson, Randy; her son-in-law, Roger; and her daughter-in-law, Paula.

Her memory will forever remain a beacon of love, strength, and family. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the beauty she so generously cultivated in life.
