On March 10, 2016, Stanford Isaac Payne, Jr., went to be with his Lord. He is the beloved husband of Nancy L. Payne, loving father of Laura E. Shrout, Stanford I. Payne, III and his wife Karen and Louise A. Schlereth and her husband Richard, cherished grandfather of Laura Shrout, Brian Burrows, Christina Shrout, Steven Schlereth and Ashley Schlereth, also survived by 7 great-grandchildren. Mr. Payne rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. The family will receive guests on Monday, March 14, 2016 from 5-8 PM with Funeral Services to follow at 8:00 PM. Interment private.
