Sophie �Sunny� Bullock, (nee Dobrodey) wife to the late John J. (Jim) Bullock, succumbed to a devastating neuromuscular disease on March 12, 2011. She was also a breast cancer survivor of 30 years. She was mother to the late Laura Wise and is survived by her son Dave, daughters Gayle and Lisa and Lisa�s husband Gary. Devoted grandmother to Tom, Paul, Cliff and Graegary. Proud great-grandmother to Ava and Kayla. Since sewing and art were her passions, Sunny opened the East Drive Sewing Boutique and operated it for 20 years. She served as President of the ABPA and was very involved in the organization of the Arbutus Arts Festival. Sunny was fortunate to have traveled the world with her husband. As per her request, there will be no viewing or memorial services. Private entombment will be held at Glen Haven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the ALS Gift Fund.
