Webster and the late James Newbern, devoted mother of James B. McKeldin, Jr. and his wife Lisa, dear sister-in-law of Esther, Audrey and brother-in-law George. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd from 3-5 and 7-9 PM in HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC, 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, July 3rd at 10:00 AM. Interment in Meadowridge Memorial Park. In Lieu of flowers contributions to North Glen Baptist Church, 508 W.
