Mrs. Cosner rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilknes Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. Her husband, children and grandchildren will receive guests on Saturday, May 27, 2017 from 10-11 AM. Funeral Services will take place at 11:00 AM. Interment private.
