On January 11, 2017, Sara "Sally" E. (nee Kelly) Parker went to be with her Lord. She is the beloved wife of Ronald E. Parker, Sr., loving mother of Johnny R. Parker, Sr. and his wife Becky and the late Ronald E. Parker, Jr., devoted grandmother of Hannah, Julianna and Johnny, Jr., cherished sister of Yvonne Ransom and John "Buddy" Kelly, also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Parker rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. The family will receive guests on Thursday, January 19, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 20, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Garrison Forest Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Ownings Mills, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the SPCA.
