On April 28, 2012, Ruth E. Mastascusa (nee Jessop) passed away following a short illness. Born on December 15, 1932 to the late Dominick B & Ruth E. Leonard Jessop she was beloved wife of Vincent J. Mastascusa, loving mother of Nicki M. Meloia and husband Charles, dear grandmother of Catlin T. and Kimberly Meloia and great-grandmother of Nyla Denu. She is also survived by her sister Patricia Parris and Donna Catherman as well as many nieces & nephews. The family wishes to express their love and gratitude to niece Dorothy Hamilton for the care and devotion she gave her Aunt Ruth with their �Tuesdays with Dottie�. She was predeceased by her sisters Betty Jane Alberts, Carolyn Triggs, Diana Donaghy and Jeanne Dean. Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 from 1 to 3pm and 5 to 7pm with a funeral service to follow at 7pm at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD.
