On October 2, 2011, Ross M. Rigney, beloved husband of Peggy J. Rigney, loving father of Valerie L., and Brenda G. Rigney, cherished grandfather of Duane M. Nichols, Jr., Heather M. Rigney, Hope N. Rigney and Tyler C. Dailey.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2011 from 5-8 PM at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 7, 2011 at 9:00 AM in the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 1122 Sunrise Beach Road, Crownsville, Maryland 21032.
