On March 18, 2017, Rosemarie (nee Pilkerton) Bowers, went to be with her Lord. She is the beloved wife of Bobby Bowers, loving mother of Rosemarie Levandowski and her partner Cheryl Ferucci, George Levandowski and his wife Michelle, Cindy Mestro and her husband Tony and Brenda Waisner and her husband Marshal, cherished grandmother of Gage, Samantha, Brandon, Matthew, Sarah, Alex and Mason, devoted great-grandmother of Lily, admired sister of Kathleen Karcher, Mary Krause and William Pilkerton, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Bowers rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. The family will receive guests on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 10:30 AM in St. Paul�s Catholic Church, Ellicott City, Maryland.
