On February 14, 2017, Ronald L. Phillips, went to be with his Lord. He is the devoted son of Louis Phillips and the late Margaret (nee Fischbach) Hood, beloved husband of Chiquita L. Phillips and the loved father of Ronald L. Phillips, Jr. and Loreal M. Phillips. Mr. Phillips rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. The family will receive guests on Saturday, February 18, 2017 from 2-4 PM with Memorial Services to follow. Interment private.
