Rafferty and her husband Craig Armstrong, and Stephen R. Ashley, Sr., cherished grandfather of Jason M. Miller and his wife Kristen, Jonathan A. Branscomb and his wife Melissa, Jamie L. Jones, Stephen R. Ashley, Jr., Jeremy R. Ashley, David R. Whistler, Joshua R. Ashley and his wife Taylor, and the late Michael S. Lobbins, Sr., devoted great-grandfather of Jason A. Miller, Amelia M. Miller, Jocelyn R. Jones, Bailey G. Ashley, Payton E. Ashley, Michael S. Lobbins, Jr., and Hailey J. LaFortezza. Mr. Ashley rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. The family will receive guests on Saturday, November 26, 2016 and Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 2-4 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 28, 2016 at 10:30 AM in the Funeral Home.
