Roland "Buddy" Benton MacNelly, 89, passed on July 8, 2016. He was the beloved husband of the late Frances Veronica (nee Darlak) MacNelly, treasured brother of the late John E. and Melvin M. MacNelly, and cherished uncle of the late Bruce D. MacNelly. He is survived by niece Nancy MacNelly McIntyre, great-nieces Stacy MacNelly Wagaman (husband Jeffrey) and Kimberly MacNelly, great-great-nephews Samuel, Brian and Evan Wagaman, and great-great-niece Sireyna MacNelly.

Mr. MacNelly rests at the family operated, HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. The family will receive guests on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 from 3-4 PM, followed by Funeral Services at 4 PM. Interment at a later date in the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Garrison Forest.
