On 10 March 2021, Rodger R Mills, husband of N. Elaine Mills (nee Turlington) and father of Devin B. Mills passed away.A 1961 graduate of Catonsville Senior High School and 1976 graduate of Towson State College's Master of Education Program, Rodger proudly served 42 years as a teacher and assistant administrator in the Baltimore City Public Schools.A member of the Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA) and avid RV'er since 1988, Rodger traveled extensively throughout the continental USA as well as traveling outside the USA with Smithsonian Journeys. Rodger also enjoyed membership in the American Educational Theatre Association and was a long-time supporter of Baltimore's Center Stage.Due to COVID-19, the celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Donations in his name may be made to the Benevolent Care Fund of the Charlestown Retirement Community in Catonsville, Maryland.
