On November 11, 2016, Robin Theodore Barnes, aka Theodore Roosevelt Barnes, went to be with his Lord. He is the beloved husband of the late Elsie H. Barnes, loving father of daughter, Laura Diane Barnes and her husband Thomas Patrick Reid, and his son T. James Barnes and his wife Karen, also survived by 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Mr. Barnes rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. The family will receive guests on Monday, November 14, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Funeral Home. Interment at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
