On January 10, 2015, Robert A. Garland, beloved husband of Theresa O. Garland, loving father of Matthew Garland and his wife Sharon, Meredith Garland and his wife Debbie, Michael Garland and his wife Susan and Robert L. Garland and his wife Stephanie, cherished brother of Hazel Goodwin, also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Robert is a 25 year retired Navy Veteran and served two tours in Vietnam. He was also is a world traveler.

Mr. Garland rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. The family will receive guests on Thursday, January 15, 2015 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 16, 2015, at 9:15 AM in the Funeral Home. Interment with U.S. Navy Honors will follow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 1122 Sunrise Beach Road, Crownsville, Maryland 21032.
