On June 30, 2018, Richard R. Norris was received into his Heavenly Home. His legacy lives on through his daughter, Cathy Branchek and her husband, Robert along with his grandsons, Jeffrey and Eric Branchek. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 2pm at Loudon Park Cemetery. Donations in his memory may be directed to Gilchrist Services - Towson Inpatient Hospice Unit, 11311 McCormick Road, Suite 350, Hunt Valley, MD 21031.
