On April 4, 2016, Richard F. Miller, Sr. passed away. He was the husband of the late Debra (nee Henson) Miller; father of Richard F. Miller, Jr., John Miller and his wife, April, and the late Wanda Miller; grandfather of Veronica Miller, Alison Moroney, Brandon Miller, Kayla Miller, Chanler Wisseman, and Johnny Miller, Jr.; and fianc�e of Janet Hart. Mr. Miller rests at Hubbard Funeral Home, Inc., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229 on Saturday, April 9, 2016 from 10-12pm. His funeral service will follow at 12pm.
