On December, 20, 2016, Richard Thomas Jarrett, Jr. suddenly passed away. He is survived by his wife, Jessie Lynn Jarrett; children, Richard Thomas Jarrett, III and Jessica Marie Jarrett Ruby; grandchildren, Brielle Lynn Ruby, Henry Blake Jarrett, and Amelia Lorraine Jarrett; brother, Mark Jarrett and his wife, Cathy; sisters, Robin McManus and her late husband, Frank and Christine Sheckells and her late husband, Milton; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Richard rests at HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Ave., Baltimore, MD, 21229 on Wednesday, December 28th from 2-4 and 6-8pm with his funeral service at 8pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory are requested to the Alzheimer�s Association.
