He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Pauline Acton; grandfather, Crocket Brewster; and great grandmother, Mary Herd. Mr. Citro rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229, where friends are invited to call on Monday, July 22, 2013 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm and Tuesday, July 23, 2013 from 7-9pm. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 12PM in the Funeral Home. Interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
