Obituary

On July 18, 2015, Richard Alan Williamson passed away.He was the beloved husband, partner, and friend for the past 27 years to Charlene Curley. He was born on July 27, 1950 to Mabel Williamson. He served his country in the US Army from 1967 to 1971. Dick worked in the computer field after the Army until he answered his calling and earned his Captains license. He had a love for the sea that led him to work on the Chesapeake for TowBoat US and then Smith Shipyard in Curtis Bay. He and his beloved wife loved to travel the world and explore. This would not be complete without mention of the rest of his little family, their two border collies, Rory and Kasha. He adored them and they him.
Captain Williamson rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229 where her family will receive guests on Friday, July 24, 2015 from 4-7PM with his funeral service following at 7PM. Interment will be held privately. Memorials in Dicks name may be directed to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Attn: Membership Department, 6 Herndon Avenue,
Annapolis, MD 21403.
