On August 26, 2007, Regina Marie (nee Ay) Simmons, loving wife of the late Richard T. Simmons, Sr., devoted mother of Richard T. Simmons, Jr. and his wife Adelaide L., and the late Wayne Howard Simmons, admired grandmother of Wayne H. Simmons.

Visitation will be held at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral services will be on Thursday at 11 AM and will be conducted by The Rev. Katrina Grusell at Church of  St. Christopher Episcopal, 116 Marydell Road, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090. Interment to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Church of the Holy Apostles, 4922 Leeds Avenue, Arbutus, MD 21227.
