On March 29, 2016, Ramona J. (nee Drake) Shongo, went to be with her Lord. She is the beloved daughter of the late Fannie Roberts and Frances Drake, loving wife of the late Daniel E. Shongo and Edward W. Sipes, Sr., cherished mother of Francis Shongo and his wife Alida, Michael Shongo and his wife Pepi, Joyce Shongo, Edward Sipes, Jr., Robert Sipes, and Karen Sipes, devote sister of the late Wanda Hensley and Donna Brooks, also survived by 20 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren and 1 nephew.

Mrs. Shongo rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. The family will receive guests on Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 2-6 PM. Funeral Services will then be held at 6:00 PM in the Funeral Home. Interment at a later date.
