Phyllis Virginia Montgomery

Our dear PHYLLIS VIRGINIA MONTGOMERY, precious wife of Granville Hood Montgomery for 66 years, passed of heart failure on September 17, 2008, at age 89. Saved by Jesus at an early age, faithful church member and homemaker.  Eldest child of Frederick and Emma Snyder of Baltimore, granddaughter of Henry and Lucindia Snyder and Harry and Elizabeth Hobson, she survived her siblings Margaret, Harry, and Robert. Honoring her memory are her husband Granville, son Alan Harry with wife Carol and children Eric, Amy, Ryan, and Kevin, son Raymond Paul with wife Karen and children Jamison and Hallye, brother-in-law Hollis Montgomery, brother-in-law Reese Drisgill, nephew Robert Drisgill and niece Peggy (Drisgill) Walker with their families.
Friends may visit the family at Hubbard Funeral Home, Inc., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD,on Monday, September 22, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Services on Tuesday, September 23, 2008, at 1:30 pm at the Funeral Home.  Interment at Loudon Park Cemetery.
