On July 13, 2014, Phyllis Ann (nee Phillips) Beach, daughter of the late Mary E. (nee Taylor) and William R. Phillips, wife of Andrew N. Beach, III, mother of Lindsay A. Beach, aunt of Michele L. Quast, step-sister of Joan Blake and her husband Tom, great-aunt of Jennifer Nowakowski and her husband Michael and Lauren Quast, great-great-aunt of Reid Nowakowski, also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Mrs. Beach rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. The family will receive guests on Sunday, July 20, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 21, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Loudon Park Cemetery, 3620 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229.
