On July 29, 2022, Peggy Joyce (nee Mabe) Rigney went to be with her Lord. She is the loving daughter of the late Gertrude (nee Hale) Mabe, and the late Claude Ellis Mabe, beloved wife of the late Ross M. Rigney, cherished mother of Valerie Stricker and her husband the late Paul D. Stricker, Jr., and Brenda G. Rigney, devoted grandmother of Duane M. Nichols, Jr., Heather Rigney, Hope Rigney, and Tyler C. Dailey, admired great-grandmother of Duane M. Nichols, III, and Ty Tantses, Jr., sister of the late Claude James Mabe, the late Betty Carol Cormack and her husband Alfred Edward Cormack, the late Kenneth Ray Mabe, Jo Ann Shaw and her husband Walter Shaw, Sr., David S. Mabe, Sr. and his wife Sandra and Bobby Gene Mabe and his wife Judith, sister-in-law of the late Deborah Mabe Jones, also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
