On January 9, 2013, Paula Marie Pelsinski, beloved mother of Keith A. Pelsinski, Jr., Nicole Pelsinski, and Alexandra Pelsinski; loving sister of James Rhine and Howard Rhine; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 11:00am at Fellowship Baptist Church, 1015 Sundown Road, Ferndale, Maryland 21061.
