Tribute
On Saturday, February 23, 2019, Olivia R. Biden passed away at Morningside House of Friendship, Hanover, MD. She was born October 7, 1926 to the late Edward & Naomi Biden and graduated from Southern High School in 1945. Olivia was a long time employee of the National Security Agency, retiring in 1981.

She is survived by loving nieces Pamela Wagner and Gail McHugh as well as her dear great-nieces & nephew, Kimberly, Kelly, Jamie and Timothy. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Joan Brown.

Friends are invited to call on Thursday, February 28, 2018 from 2pm to 4pm & 6pm to 8pm at HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, 4107 Wilkens Ave., Baltimore, MD 21229 where her funeral service will be held on Friday at 10am. Interment will follow in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
