On January 2, 2013, Nolley Price Fisher, Jr., father of Terri Malaska, Tom (Debbie) Fisher, Nolley (Heather) Fisher, III, and Melissa (Frank) Boeckmann; grandfather of Kayla Conklin, Dylan, Lukas, Kaylyn, Khloe, and Bryce Boeckmann; son of Nolley P. Fisher, Sr.; brother of Edward (Peggy) Fisher, Debbie Poist, and Vickie Fisher; also a host of nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his mother, Helen Fisher. Nolley rests at HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229 on Sunday, January 6, 2013 from 5-9pm. His funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, January 7, 2013 at 11:30am. Interment to follow at Loudon Park Cemetery.
