Nadine L. Cecil, age 83, passed away Sunday, August 21st, 2022 in Winchester, VA. She was born on January 3rd, 1939 in Manchester, MD. Nadine is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Bennett E. and Mary N. Alderman, and a loving spouse, Kenneth R. Cecil. She is survived by her dear cousins: Marsha Applebee (Jim), Terry Stickles (Robert), and Bob Furhman, her beloved sister, Renee Alderman, loving aunt, Helen Rappoldt, and her cherished adopted daughter, Sheila C. Estrada (Robert). The family will receive friends on Saturday August 27th, 2022, from 11am-12noon at Hubbard Funeral Home 4107 Wilkens Ave. Baltimore, MD 21229. An internment graveside service will take place that same day, 1pm at Meadow Branch Cemetery 818 Old Taneytown Rd, Westminster, MD 21158.
