On February 17, 2023, Minnie Yowell Phillips, went to be with her Lord. She is the beloved wife of the late Andrew Leroy Phillips, loving mother of the late Andrew C. Phillips, Sr. and his wife the late Linda Phillips, and the late Leroy Phillips, admired sister of Doris Whiting, cherished grandmother of Andrew C. Phillips, Jr. and his wife Selena Phillips, Mark Phillips and his wife Bonnie Phillips, Judy Phillips and Andrew L. Phillips, devoted great-grandmother of Lillian Phillips, A.J. Phillips and Ariel Phillips.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229, Interment to follow at Loudon Park Cemetery.
