On June 14, 2012, Mildred E. Topper, passed away. Born January 24, 1919 to the late Robert & Bessie Mae Johnson McAllister she was predeceased by her husband John W. Topper. She is survived by her son John E. Topper of Dundalk and her daughter Patricia (Louis) Alisea of Westminster as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, June 18, 2012 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229 with a funeral service to follow at 12:30pm. Burial will be in Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075.
