On October 6, 2010, Michael Scott Lobbins, Sr., loving son of Robin L. Rafferty and her husband Craig Armstrong and Dennis J. Lobbins and his wife Deborah Lobbins, beloved father of Michael S. Lobbins, Jr. and Hailey J. Lafortezza, devoted brother of Melissa, Brandon and Kimberly Hamby, cherished grandson of Ronald T. and Mildred Ashley and Marion Lobbins.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2010 from 5-6 PM at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD. Funeral Services will follow at 6:00 PM in the Funeral Home. Interment Private.
