Meta A. Gregory passed away after a valiant fight on May 9, 2015. Devoted wife of Terry L. Martindale, loving mother of Marcella "Marcie" Gregory and Justin T. Martindale, adored daughter of Marcella Cummings; cherished sister of Kathleen (Donald E.) Jungell; dear niece of Viola Quandt and Carroll Cramblitt. Also survived by her many nephews, nieces, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins. Meta was predeceased by her father, Raymond E. Cummings, Jr. and her in laws, Marvin "Buzz" and Mary Ellen Martindale.
Meta rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229 where her family will receive guests on Tuesday, May 12th from 3-5pm and 7-9pm and on Wednesday, May 13th at 10-11am at Catonsville UMC, 6 Melvin Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228. Her funeral service will follow at 11am. Interment to follow at Loudon Park Cemetery. Flowers will be graciously accepted but donations in her name are preferred to Mercy Medical Center Foundation, Attn.: Outpatient Chemotherapy, 227 St. Paul Place, Weinberg Bldg, 4th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202.
