On Wednesday, November 21, 2012. Melvin is survived by his dear brothers Edwin (Virginia) and Roland MacNelly as well as is cousin Doris Hall. Melvin rests at the family operated Hubbard Funeral Home, Inc., 4107 Wilkens Ave., Baltimore, MD where family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 27th from 10am to 12pm with funeral services following at 12pm. Interment will be in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
