Tribute
Mary Frances Ward passed away peacefully February 16, 2019 at Upper Chesapeake hospital surrounded by loving family. She was born June 2nd, 1935 in Mount Hope, west Virginia. She was preceeded in death by her parents Rev. Percy and Bessie (Seel) Roberts, siblings William, James, Percy, Emory, and Clara. She is survived by two children Larry Carter an his wife Leigh of Maryland, an her daughter Nancy Halstead of Ohio. Seven grandchildren Andrew,Katie (Charlie), Lauren, Bernadette (Timmy), Anna, Sarah (Allen), and Bethany. Also are two great grand children Adam and Madilyn. Also surviving are siblings Roy, Horace and June (Herman) Jones. Mary loved word search puzzles,playing tic-tac-toe, gardening, and most of all being with her family. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11am to 12:30pm at HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC. 4107 Wilkens Ave. Baltimore, MD 21229. Funeral service to begin 1pm that same day. Interment will immediately follow the service at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
