Mary Elizabeth Schrock On June 8, 2011, MARY ELIZABETH SCHROCK, formerly of Linthicum, Maryland, devoted wife of the late Charles David �Dave� Schrock, went home to be with the Lord. Loving daughter of the late John Eagle and Lucy Vaughan Eagle, caring mother of Joyce S. Baer and her husband Glenn, David Michael Schrock and his wife Leesa and Gary E. Schrock and his wife Martha; devoted grandmother of Jennifer, Jason, Jaylan, Joshua, Laura and Jeremia; beloved great-grandmother of Michael, Kait, Payton , Cameron, Noah and the late Charlie. Mary, youngest of nine children, was preceded in death by brothers Vernon, Lipton, Delbert, Hershel and Ira and sisters Ethel, Veda Ruth and Thelma. Born in Renick, W.Va., she met her life-long partner and husband of 66 years in l940 and married in l943. During WWII Mary worked at the famous Willard Hotel in Wash., DC. Member of St. John Lutheran Church in Linthicum, Md. and Women�s Club of Linthicum. Loved sewing, quilting, cooking, travelling, bowling, playing cards, board games, and watching baseball, especially her Orioles. She will be missed by her family, numerous nieces and nephews, many friends and her Augsburg Lutheran Village �family.� Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2011, from 3-6 PM at the Hubbard Funeral Home, Inc., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland. Funeral services will be held in the chapel at Augsburg Lutheran Home, 6811 Campfield Rd., Baltimore, Maryland 21207, on Monday, June 13, 2011, at 10:00AM. Interment to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Brooklyn Park, Maryland. Memorial donations may be made to the Augsburg Lutheran Home or St. John Lutheran Church.
