On February 4, 2012, Mary Elizabeth Emanuel Mandak, 58 of Baltimore, Maryland, formerly of Robeson County, North Carolina, departed this life. Survivors are two brothers, Norman J. Emanuel and his wife Dafene and Christopher Emanuel of Baltimore, Maryland and three sisters, Patricia Emanuel Westfall and her husband Norman Westfall of Baltimore, Maryland, Norma Lee Griffin and her husband James Griffin of Delaware and Joan Emanuel and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2012 from 4-7 PM with funeral services at 7:00 PM in the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229, officiated by the Rev. James Hawk. Visitation will also be held on Sunday, February 12, 2012 from 6-8 PM at the Revels Funeral Home, 3575 North Roberts Avenue, Lumberton, North Carolina 28360. Interment in the Emanuel Family cemetery in Shannon, North Carolina.
