On Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010, Mrs. Margaret Julia Billington-Lackey (nee Allen), beloved wife of Gary L. Lackey; loving mother of Matthew Billington, Tracy Winstead, Daniel Billington and his wife Melissa, Laurie Weishorn and her husband Kevin, Diane Frank and her husband John, and Keri Irwin and her husband Bob; cherished sister of Zora Schrieber, Catherine Dillow and her husband John, the late Richard, Greg, John Allen, and Nancy Sullivan; adored grandmother of Nicholas, Brittany, Grace, Rachel, Benjamin, Ryan and Joshua.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, June 9th, 2010 from 3-5:00 and 7-9:00 PM in HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 10th, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Ascension, 4603 Poplar Avenue, Halethorpe, Maryland. Interment will follow in Maryland Veterans Cemetery at Garrison Forest.In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in remembrance to St. Jude Shrine, 308 N. Paca Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201.
